Dear Father Carmello:
I take this opportunity to congratulate in my name and the
name of the All Family Fadlalla for this bestowed
recognition and well deserved award from the Italian
Government. I wish that this type of honor and much more
should have been initiated by our beloved Lebanese
government but I guess our leadership is always busy with
something else…
Congratulations Father
Carmello, and I am confident that the “Peres Carmes” will
flourish again with your merry hands!
Hello from Canada…
Best Regards,

I don't know if you
remember me, my name is George Arab. I'm sure you
remember my brother Jean. Anyway, I got your e-mail
address from the new Web site
www.amicarmes.com and thought I should write you a
small note to say hello. It has been a long time since
we last spoke. I hope that you are in good health and
that everyone else around you is doing good as well. I
came to Buffalo New York in 1984 and have been here ever
since, except for a few visits to Lebanon every once in
a great while. I work in the computer field, managing a
network for the department of medicine in a few
hospitals and that is going good as well. I have been
with this company over 5 years now. Well, hope to hear
from you soon. it certainly was a surprise to get your
e-mail address.
Best Regards,
George

Dear Father Carmelo,
I received an invitation by email from a friend to attend
the ceremony on Friday, 8 of August. I wish that I could
attend the ceremony. However, due to my work I cannot
leave London at the moment. I hope I will see you in
Lebanon in the near future. Please send my sincere regards
to all the old friends, especially Dr. Ragheb El Jamal if
he attended... Ah? I forgot to tell you that this is Wadih
Barbara who is writing this letter, and I have started
working as an Architect in London after I gained two
master degrees, one in Landscaping and the other in
Advanced 2D/3D motion graphics...and until now I still
remember your advice as usual to continue my studies, and
hopefully after couples of years I will obtain my PHD... I
hope I will not disappoint you… ha ha but I am not playing
basketball anymore because British people love football,
so I need to go with the rhythm...
I wish you the best in all what you are planning to do...
If you need anything please don't hesitate to contact me…
Your student

Dear Pere Carmelo,
Congratulations!! Me and Carla were excited and extremely
happy to know that the Italian government awarded the
medal of commander. To say the least, we were not surprise
at all - it is a well deserved and long overdue honor - we
wish the best and hope to see you soon in Lebanon. We are
planning to go home in the middle of August - Carla is
pregnant with a baby girl, in her fifth month, so we are
planning a trip to relax and enjoy the family and summer
in Lebanon, our summer is always beautiful. Once again
congratulations to you and hope you're in good health -
P.S. I thought the amicarmes website is fantastic idea and
we should do more of it -

DAHDAH.

Dear Father,
First I want to congratulate
ourselves for everything you used to do in our dearest
school, and I really tell You " Welcome Back to Tripoli".
Second, I'm really upset because I Used to hear about
activities happen in the school from others even I myself
gave You my business card where all my numbers are present
and I always told You, several times that I'm ready to
join any committee or any activity in my school under your
supervision and control.
Finally, I'm Proud of You and that what I used to expect
and see since I joined the School till I left it in 1986.
God Help You, and I still Wait any communication to put my
hand with my friends in anything I can help.
Sincerely Yours
Walid K.
